How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Starhour. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.

I paid but the app still shows the paywall

Open Profile in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

I don't know my birth time

That's fine. Starhour reads your chart for midday and leaves out the parts that depend on the exact time, such as your Rising sign. If you find your time later, change it in Profile.

How do I change my birth details?

Open Profile and tap Edit birth details. Your timeline and readings are written again from the new details.

Is this real?

Starhour calculates a real astronomical chart from your birth details and writes its readings with AI. It's meant for reflection and fun; it doesn't predict events and isn't a substitute for professional advice.
